FAQs and SHIPPING

How long is shipping?  Once your order is processed your items will ship out in 2-4 business days unless you choose expedited shipping in which your order will ship within 24 hrs exlcuding some holidays.

Do you ship international? Yes we do! :)

Can I return a product? Any Item purchased must be returned within 7 business days after receiving it. In order to receive store credit the item can not be worn, have no odor, and be returned in the same condition it was received. You must take a picture of your purchase and send it to Barlorestore@yahoo.com before returning it. Once physically inspected and proved to be in good condition you'll receive store credit. Items on sale can not be returned.  

Damaged or wrong item received: In an unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong item please IMMEDIATELY follow this procedure..

  • Send in pictures of defective/wrong item at Barlorestore@yahoo.com
  • Your order number
  • Description explaining what's wrong

Please do not send in damaged/wrong item unless a member of the team informed you to do so. Once item is proved damaged/wrong we well take further actions with and addressed. Note that this must be done within 72 hours. 

PLEASE READ! We have the right to refuse a return or exchange, We well provide you with a reasonable explanation if you come upon this situation. Thank you in advance. 

Here at Barlore we aren't responsible for items that has been stated delivered by courier nor do we issue refunds on these items unless an error was made on our behalf. Please make sure your address is correct , also be sure to include building/apartment number if applicable. If your package is returned due to being non-deliverable we will issue you a store credit.
